Berro Management was formed in 1977 as a General Partnership consisting of Jack Berro and Harry Oster. Harry Oster has been, since the first day, the Managing Partner.

Our offices are located at 1641 E. 4th St. in Long Beach, California. We are at the corner of 4th St. and Gaviota Ave. We have been at this location for over 25 years.

Berro Management is the largest company in Long Beach devoted exclusively to Property Management. Our present portfolio consists of approximately 350 properties, including Apartments, Commercial Properties, Condominium Homeowner Associations, and Single Family Residences. In total, we manage over 4000 units. We operate exclusively as Property Managers, and to avoid any possible conflict of interest, we do not engage in any listing or selling activities.

Our Fidelity Bond is handled by HMBD Insurance.
